Happy New Year If we haven't replied to your emails or contacted you since the run up to Christmas it is because we have been off-line due to a home and office re-location to the above address. Our website and email contacts remain the same, as does our mobile phone number. Phone and postal re-directions are in place for the next 12 months. We will continue to rent Church Stile Studio and it's garden in Grasmere, which we run as The Storyteller's Garden. The Garden is closed throughout Jan. Feb.and Mar. to allow the plants and the stories that grow there to replenish. The Garden will open, refreshed, for our customary rich mixture of stories, egg-painting, egg-rolling and egg-hunting (squirrels permitting!) at Easter. We look forward to welcoming you. Please keep an eye on the website for other events and training opportunities. The South Lakeland Storytelling Club which we host on the first Tues. of every month at the Watermill Inn, Ings celebrates it's 20th. Year in 2015. We believe this makes us the longest running Storytelling club that has had an unbroken run in the same venue. Our evening runs as a gently guided session with stories interspersed with the occasional tune or narrative song. A couple of times a year we feature a special guest.Other than that our regular performers welcome drop-ins who fancy contributing to our rich miscellany.It's not exactly open-mic. as we don't have one!
